We know that student groups are highly active and engaged in innovative space projects. We have already received several abstracts from student teams and are looking forward to learning more about your work. Whether or not you are presenting an abstract, we would like to offer you an additional opportunity to showcase your projects during the symposium.
Student Groups Room
We are currently planning a dedicated Student Groups Room, designed exclusively for non-profit student organizations. This space will allow student groups to present their hardware, demonstrations, and projects in an exhibition-style setting.
- The exhibition space is free of charge for student groups
- All participants in the Student Groups Room must be registered attendees of SSEA
- To support student participation, the early-bird registration deadline has been extended to January 31st
What We Provide
Each participating student group will receive:
- Approximately 2 × 2 meters of space
- 1 table and 2 chairs as basic equipment
If you require additional equipment or arrangements (e.g. extra tables, pin boards, more space, electricity, or other infrastructure), please let us know as early as possible so we can try to accommodate your needs.
How to Apply
To help us coordinate with all interested student groups, please confirm your participation by February 10th.
In your message, please include:
- Confirmation that your group would like a spot in the Student Groups Room
- Any specific equipment or space requirements

We would be very happy to welcome you and your projects to the 5th SSEA.
