Registration is open since the 1st of September 2025. You can register using the SSEA TUM Event platform.
The registration fees are:

Early-bird registration ends on the 15th of January 2026.
When registering for the 5th SSEA, you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
The registration fee covers access and attendance to the symposium, including lunch and coffee breaks.
Notice: Due to the high number of abstracts received, we have increased the number of available tickets to 450. However, the Gala Reception taking place on Thursday has a limited number of spots, and therefore will not be available for every participant. Tickets for the Reception will be assigned as first-come-first-served with the registration. This is not done automatically in the platform, and we will inform you per email if you got assigned a ticket.
